Gentle Yoga may be for you if you have back pain, hip, knee or shoulder pain, anxiety and stress. We will explore optimal range of motion of the spine and major joints such as hips and shoulders to increase mobility and stability and to decrease pain. You will discover how compensated movement creates pain and tension in your body. We will also explore breath work, mudras, meditation and relaxation. This class is for anyone and everyone.
