ABOUT THE STUDIO

Being centered on wellness is about finding relief where your body craves it most. We know that everyone starts their wellness journey for different reasons. Some turn to wellness as a way to reconnect with themselves. Some are searching for a gentle way to move through the pain they are experiencing. Whatever the reason, you need a community of teachers who understand where you are and a safe space to discover where you want to go. Our teachers offer this through yoga classes, reiki, meditation, sound baths, and more. Our goal is simple. We want to provide you with an experience where you can take time for recovery and make it a practice - a practice that centres on wellness.
