Description
A slow paced style of yoga that combines gentle movement with breath. Poses are held longer to release deeply held tension, and gain flexibility and range of motion. As we gently unwind we strengthen our immune system and support physical recovery from injury or illness. Suitable for all levels, beginners are encouraged.
