The Yoga Instructors at Centered on Wellness Yoga Studio open their hearts to teach free yoga classes every Sunday starting March 1, 11:00 a.m. to noon. The style of yoga will vary each week as the instructors take turn volunteering their time, however each class will be suitable for all levels. Experience slow and gentle movements, breath awareness and end with deep relaxation. Follow along at your own level and your own pace. Enjoy the benefits of each Yoga Teacher’s offerings.
