Description
Freedom to Move Yoga is a supported healthy yoga practice with an
easy pace. This modified class uses a series of seated chair poses and
standing poses using the chair as a prop for balance and stability.
Take control of your health - stretch, strengthen, nourish, and increase
mobility, balance and range of motion.
Our body restrictions may be from injury, illness, aging, overuse or
underuse. Feel the freedom of doing the best you can with the level of
flexibility you have in the moment.
